We have been training lifeguards since 2002. Our purpose is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize, respond to water emergencies and provide first aid in emergencies.

Participate to the next certification examinations and acquire the sea or pool lifeguard degree course Lifeguard Patrol is also an official examination center.

To the graduates of the school are offered immediate professional rehabilitation, employing more than 60 lifeguards each summer.

All Sea Lifeguard graduates, have the opportunity to work on beaches/shores of Municipalities & Hotels.
POOL LIFEGUARD TRAINING
All pool lifeguard graduates have the opportunity to work in swimming pools of Municipalities & Hotels.
FIRST AID TRAINING
First aid is a separate knowledge for each of us. This certification is valid and recognized worldwide.
Frequent questions
Every summer Greece welcomes over 30 million of tourists. With the mandatory basis of law, lifeguard coverage of coasts and hotel complexes, the jobs in this sector have increased. However, due to a general lack of lifeguards, the industry offers 100% professional absorption. In addition, the satisfactory salary and the opportunity of working from the age of 18, make the lifeguard profession an attractive choice for many young people.
If you wish to work as a coast lifeguard you must be between 18 and 60 years old. If you wish to work as a pool lifeguard you must be between 18 and 65 years old.
School graduates, depending on the type of course they choose (Coast Lifeguard, Pool Lifeguard), can work at organized beaches, hotel pools, water parks or swimming pools throughout Greece.
At first you will need nothing more than love for the water element and helping your fellow man. If you know how to swim, through special training you will improve your technique, endurance and speed. In addition, during the training you will learn first aid, as well as all the supplies that will help you in your work as a lifeguard.
Of course! Myopia should not discourage you, as it is not a problem in lifeguard's work. You can wear contact lenses or myopic sunglasses.
The hours required to complete the training are 75 for sea lifeguards and 21 for pool lifeguards.
In order to work as a lifeguard, you will need certificates from specialist doctors: pathologist, dermatologist, cardiologist and psychiatrist, from which it can be concluded that the person concerned is mentally healthy, does not suffer from any contagious disease, and is medically able to practice his profession.

You can provide the necessary medical certificates from public hospitals or from private doctors. In case you want to provide a copy of a certificate, it will need to be authenticated by a lawyer or notary public. (Not applicable to certificates from a public hospital)
If you are a gymnastics graduate of the Aquatics specialty, you can work as a lifeguard without training and exams. All you will need is the necessary documents and speedboat license.
The lifeguard should wear a red or orange swimsuit, a red hat, a yellow t-shirt with the word Lifeguard written on it, a whistle, sunglasses, a life jacket, binoculars, plenty of water, and sunscreen.
Each municipality or business is usually looking for people to work for the whole season. However, if you state from the beginning the dates you wish to work, the respective company or municipality will consider you for the specific period.
- Certificate issued recently "not older than 3/month" (issued by the lifeguard school where you earned your degree.)
